Our Refund Policy

We pour our passion into every project and are committed to your complete satisfaction. We believe in clear, fair policies that protect both your investment and our dedicated team's work.

Our Fundamental Principle

Due to the extensive custom labor, resources, and strategic planning invested immediately upon project initiation, all sales are generally considered final. We begin work on your project as soon as the agreement is signed, dedicating team members and resources that we can no longer allocate to other clients.

Services and Specific Refund Conditions

Writing & Publishing Packages: These are non-refundable once the initial outline or first draft has been approved by you and we have moved into the next phase of development.

Editing Services: If you are unsatisfied with an editing deliverable, you must notify us in writing within 7 business days of receiving the files. We will review your concerns and, at our discretion, may offer to rework the project to meet the agreed-upon standards. A partial or full refund is only considered if the work is deemed to fundamentally fail to meet the service description in our agreement.

Design Services (Covers & Interiors): Refund requests must be made within 7 business days of receiving the initial design concepts and before requesting revisions. Once you approve a concept and we move into the revision phase, the fee becomes non-refundable. Refunds are not available if you simply dislike a design that meets the brief you provided.

Marketing & Promotion Services: These services are non-refundable once the campaign has been launched. This is because costs are immediately incurred with third-party platforms (e.g., social media advertising, book review services, PR distribution) and cannot be recovered.

Situations Where a Refund is Not Provided

A refund will not be issued if:

  • You have approved a draft, design, or other deliverable.
  • You have changed your mind or ceased communication for more than 30 days.
  • The project is canceled for reasons unrelated to the quality of our service.
  • You provided an incomplete or unclear project brief that affected the outcome.
  • You purchase a bundle but are only dissatisfied with one component (a partial review may occur).
