Your Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth process, we need you to:
Provide clear, complete, and accurate information about your project.
Respond to our inquiries and provide feedback in a timely manner.
Understand that delays in communication may impact the project timeline.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required before we begin work. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Due to the custom, creative nature of our work, all payments for services that have commenced are non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
You own your story. Upon receipt of full payment, you retain 100% ownership of the content we create for you. We waive any and all rights to your materials.
Revisions
Each service package includes a specified number of revision rounds. We ask for clear, consolidated feedback to make these revisions as efficient and effective as possible. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur fees.
Confidentiality
We treat your project and all communications with the utmost discretion. Your manuscript and ideas are safe with us and will not be shared unless required by law.
Project Timelines
We will provide an estimated timeline for your project. Please note that complex projects or delays in receiving necessary information from you may require us to adjust this schedule. We will always communicate any changes clearly and promptly.
Our Liability
While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific sales results or market performance. We are also not liable for issues arising from third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon KDP, IngramSpark) or for indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate our services in cases of non-payment, unethical behavior, or violation of these terms. If services are terminated, you are responsible for payment for all work completed up to that point.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States. Any legal matters will be addressed in the appropriate courts within the U.S.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The latest version will always be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
